REVIEW DRAMA : MARRIAGE NOT DATING

He and Jang-mi both learn a little about how important it is to communicate honestly, and I can only say thank goodness, it’s about time. Because when your girlfriend’s ex is giving you relationship advice, you’re probably doing it wrong. And finally Jang-mi and Ki-tae who are just getting more awesome per episode – like that’s even possible. I love the way they dealt with the break up, and how Ki-tae ended up telling her so simply that he loves her. The role reversals are fabulous and I’m really excited for the direction the last three episodes is taking. While Jang-mi is definitely hurt in love, I still believe she believes in happily ever afters and marriages, etc.

Lee Sun Bin, Han Sun Hwa, And Jung Eun Ji Experience Changes As They Return To The City In “Work Later, Drink Now 2”

Marriage, Not Dating is a 2014 K-drama that I watched for the first time a few years ago. I fell for it thoroughly from the very first watch, and even now, it never fails to make me feel good. I’ve not been feeling so great lately, so I started to rewatch this show, and I was reminded very strongly of how warm and fuzzy it is. I can’t pinpoint exactly what it is that makes MND memorable for me. I think it has something to do with how honest and realistic the story is and how relatable the characters are and the situations that they go through. Of course, it is largely due to how good the main leads are in portraying their roles.

The basic premise is about a man Ki Tae who wants to remain a bachelor. Due to his mother’s pressure, he makes a deal with our heroine Jang Mi to act as her lover. We can see this miles before what’s going to happen next — they fall in love for real. Adding to this are their friends and family and we get a cute show which keeps things light but not frivolous. This one of the less-buzzed drama when it began but ended with a bang. I have to agree that the second leads (with the exception of Hoon Dong, he’s such dork) didn’t contribute as much as to the awesomeness of this series but the families made up for them esp GT’s mom.

Lee Seung Gi announces wedding date and marriage plans

They’re so good at being cool they don’t realise that there’s more to love than being right or making all the cards fall into place. Lee Seung Gi has revealed his wedding date with Lee Da In! The 36-year-old star will be marrying lady love Lee Da C-Date In on April 7. The actor personally addressed fans in a letter via Instagram sharing “the most important decision” of his life. She grew up loved and she has a pure soul. She meets the man that she will fall in love with and do everything for.

They seemed so mature in this drama. I was surprised to find out that there was an 8 year age gap between HG and YWJ. Oh, I must also thank whoever did the sound effects in this show.

Ha-Ra does not understand why someone would want to go out with a friend’s ex-wife and asks Jae-Gyeom if he has got a kink for that kind of stuff. She also boldly asks if he dated her ex-husband Eun Beom. At the age of 29, Joo Jang Mi is ready for marriage.

Marriage Not Dating: Episode 16 (Final)

The fact that the second lead actor look handsome is one of the strategies to attract audiences in case the first lead male might get failed in his act, but YWJ beat it. Means the producer doesn’t need to worry things. I had a friend once who commented on the movie “The Full Monty” by saying that ordinary men generally have no idea how sexy they really are. That’s what made the nook-and-cranny-washing so hilarious. Shopping mall in Gangnam and the lineup of plastic surgery ads in the Gangnam subway. My friend left her phone in the subway when we were traveling in korea, an ajumma actually went off the train to give it back to her.

But the characters in this drama are like real humans. Gi tae with desire, hyeon hee with… And just like you I wouldn’t want to be friends with my ex but a lot of people do.

I enjoyed this episode for all the awkward. I think that Se Ah and Yeo Reum are the two that I can’t figure out. I can’t tell if it’s their acting or just how the characters are written. I’ll give the actors the benefit of the doubt for now. The ending was rather contrived to give our couple forced alone time. They were lost in the mountains; how did they expect Yeo Reum to walk his way out of the maze back to the guesthouse?

Back in the city, Hyun-hee comes out of the drugstore with a long face (uh-oh) and calls Jang-mi needing to talk. It sounds like she really needs a friend today, so Jang-mi asks if she wants to come to where she is. The husband was suffering because of medication which any spouse would understand, but he was so afraid of being honest, which broke their marriage.

Yay, the three women being together forget dad, girl power FTW. It’s too bad, because had they remained the strict clever twists on expectation, they would’ve been the show’s crowning cap. I do like that the writer was clearly experimenting and pushing the boundaries of that device; the results just weren’t always in my wheelhouse. At least the finale went out on the kind of cold open I had loved early on. But the best thing about this entire show has always been the focus on family.

If he stays by her side then she will never divorce him..wither do it or don’t even threaten because I feel she still cares too much about image.. And Se Ah was still being self-involved and deluded – note how she says “I LET YOU go to another woman.” Like she was in charge of that decision. That character seriously gives me the heebie-jeebies, she is so creepy. And Ki-tae is getting flack for using money as compensation, but Jang-mi did the same thing to Yeo-reum.

Han Groo has firecracker energy and is cheerfully unpretentious. She displays a wide range of expressions and is a total delight to watch. Kim Hae Sook is her usual competent self, giving a nice mix of a tough mother-in-law as well as showing vulnerability as well. Jung Jin Woon is pretty but he only knows one expression and that’s to smile. Huh Jung Min delivers a great comic performance while Sun Hwa is just okay in her thankless role. All other veteran actors playing different family members of our leads are absolutely brilliant.

But, he admit that Gi Tae deserves Jang Mi better. Ohh u aint the only one dreading next week’s last episodes..my only thought is to run through old shows to clear the weekends until something else comes on..heheh.. Wow, I ended up with so many cut off sentences.
