The “grievance name” got via to somebody, the next day about 24 hours later and provided us a $50 meals credit to any of their Caesar’s owned eating places. WHAT A JOKE. Of course upon checkout, there wasn’t a real person to fulfill with and we couldn’t probability missing our flights over one other disappointing customer service expertise, so we were pressured to used the self kiosk to take a glance at. This isn’t the Flamingo I even have stayed at and enjoyed up to now. Thinking we wouldn’t be in the room much, we determined to only make-do. When we woke Monday I needed to leap int he shower. Water barely warmed up, so I took a fast one. I do not usually name and complain because I don’t want them considering I am in search of any freebies.
Stayed here Halloween weekend for the When We Were Young Festival. Paid for a king bed with a High Roller view. Arrived after 10 PM on a Thursday evening and still needed to wait in line for nearly an hour to use a self verify in kiosk. Initial impression was the room was very good dirtyeoulette but the TV didn’t work. We have been advised to examine in w the front desk within the AM, which we did. They requested if it was okay to enter the room while we have been gone for the day, sightseeing.

I tried to name the customer support number but was informed that they had been out of the US and I wanted to talk to someone on web site. We are planning a giant group journey (12-14) in March. I am coordinating it and was recommending to the others we keep at the Flamingo because of its location and my good experiences there up to now. Instead, we’ll stay elsewhere (Harrah’s, New York, etc) comparable in value but a lot cleaner and not in such a state of dis-repair. Next time we will keep at a sister-property like Harrah’s or the Linq. Something related in value however looking much better. Until some adjustments occur, I is not going to recommend this place to anybody. I did discover that a few of the buttons int he hallways for the elevators didn’t work.
However, I did call about the lack of sizzling water and by some means they made some adjustment and got the water hotter within a couple of hours.
